基于NX和VERICUT的叶片加工仿真研究

摘要:通过将NX和VERICUT相结合,以解决叶片在快速准确造型和数控加工过程中的干涉和碰撞问题。首先用NX的Open Grip模块进行叶片的曲面自动造型曲,再用CAM模块完成叶身和叶根加工,最后通过NXV接口把叶片模型和数控程序导入到VERICUT,并运用构建的五轴机床XKH400进行仿真加工。结果表明,该方法实现了叶片的快速造型,并且有效避免了干涉和碰撞问题。

Research of machining simulation for blade based on NX and VERICUT

Abstract:The solution of intervene and collision in fast accurate modeling and NC processing of vane is integrating NX with VERICUT is presented in this paper. Automatic modeling of surface of vane is studied at first, and then the body and root of vane are completed by CAM, the model of vane and NC program are converted into VERICUT through NXV interface and are simulated by 5-axis NC machine XKH400. The consequence shows the solution realizes fast modeling and avoids effectively the problem of intervenes and collision.
