少齿数齿轮轮廓曲线方程的建立与加工

摘要：渐开线齿轮的齿廓曲线由渐开线和齿根过渡曲线组成，其中齿根过渡曲线影响齿根弯曲强度，并对啮合时干涉、变位系数的选择都有直接影响。基于范成法加工原理，建立动坐标系和静坐标系，通过动、静坐标变换，推导出齿廓渐开线和齿根过渡曲线的数学方程；基于Pro/E绘制出齿数2～4的少齿数齿轮的端面齿形，验证了方程的正确性；通过对普通滚齿机的改造，加工出齿数2～4的少齿数齿轮。

Less teeth gear contour curve equation and processing

Abstract：Involute gear profile curve consists of a segment of involute and a section of dedendum transition curve. Among them dedendum transition curve influence the bending degree of root and has a directly influence on the selection of the interference coefficient and the modification coefficient while meshing. Based on the principle of generation method, establishing the moving coordinate and static coordinate system. Through the dynamic, static coordinate transformation, derived the mathematical equations of involute and dedendum transition curve. Based on the Pro/E, drawing the number of teeth is less teeth of face gear teeth number of gear based on 2~4, to verify the correctness of the equations. Through the transformation of ordinary gear hobbing machine, processing a number of teeth is less teeth gear 2~4. To provide a theoretical basis for calculation, design of less teeth gear manufacturing and testing.
