颗粒增强镍基合金复合熔覆层及其摩擦学性能研究现状

摘要:颗粒增强镍基合金复合熔覆层能显著改善零件表面性能,在工程领域中的应用日益广泛。对镍基合金复合熔覆层的主要增强颗粒进行了总结,概述了硬质陶瓷颗粒、稀土和自润滑颗粒的特性及其增强镍基合金复合熔覆层的微观组织结构和摩擦学性能的研究进展,并指出了颗粒增强镍基合金复合熔覆层今后的发展方向和需解决的重点问题。

Research status on tribological properties of particles reinforced Ni-based alloy composite cladding layers

Abstract:Particles reinforced nickel-based alloy composite cladding layer is increasingly applied in engineering which could significantly improve the surface properties of machine element. In this paper the main reinforced particles of the nickel-based alloy composite cladding layer were summarized. The overview of the properties of hard ceramic particles, rare earth and self-lubricating particles were given, as well as the microstructure and properties of the nickel-based alloy composite cladding layer reinforced by them. The key problem and development direction were pointed out as well.
