剪叉升降课桌的设计

摘要:为了适应不同身高学习者使用,创新设计了剪叉升降课桌。该课桌分上下两部分,上部桌板可绕屉箱上的铰链轴转动,实现桌板倾角的变化,并在棘轮机构作用下自锁。下部采用左右对称升降机构。升降运动由剪叉机构和螺旋机构组合完成,每侧剪叉机构均采用二级X形基本剪叉单元串联而成,升降动力来自于手动螺旋机构。利用剪叉机构的位移放大原理,快捷调整桌体高度,满足不同身高者使用。课桌采用整体为机械式结构,采用结构设计与力学计算相结合的方法,通过强度、刚度和稳定性计算,确保课桌结构先进,强度、刚度和稳定性满足要求。

The design of scissor-lift desk

Abstract:In order to adapt to different height learners, innovatively design the scissor-lift desks. The desk is divided into two parts: the upper desk drawer is rotatable around the axis of the box to achieve the table plate angle alterable and self-locking effect in the ratchet mechanism. The lower desk use the symmetrical lifting mechanism. Scissor lift movement is achieved by a combination of helical bodies and agencies, each side of the scissors mechanism are made of two basic scissor X shaped unit in series, the lifting power comes from the manual screw mechanism. Using the scissors mechanism displacement amplification principle, the desk height could be adjusted quickly to meet different height leaners. The desk use integrated mechanical structure. The desk is designed in a method which combines structure design and mechanical calculations, through strength, stiffness and stability calculations, make sure the strength, rigidity and stability of the desk can meet the requirements.
