基于三臂并联结构的桌面3D打印机

摘要:3D打印是以数字模型文件为基础,运用粉末状金属或塑料等可粘合材料,通过逐层增材的方式来构造产品的快速成型技术。设计制造了一款基于三臂并联结构的桌面3D打印机,该打印机采用单片机作为控制器,以步进电机作为驱动元件,带动紧定在步进电机上的同步带转动,利用滑块控制打印头按照预定的轨迹行进,并通过步进电机送料,配合打印头完成打印作业。打印喷头响应速度不小于0.1 m/s,在X、Y、Z三个坐标轴的运动速度大于185 mm/s;喷头加热温度可控制在200~380 ℃,实现数字温控。

A desktop 3D printer based on delta structure

Abstract:3D Printing, as a type of rapid prototyping technology, is based on digital model files, uses the bondable material such as powdered metal or plastic and creates products by the means of increasing the material layer by layer. The thesis designs and develops a desktop 3D printer based on delta structure. The printer, using the single-chip as the controller and the stepper motor as the driving element, drives the belt bound to the stepper motor. Then, it uses the slider to control the print head to make it move in the scheduled orbit and finishes the printing by the coordination of the material transferring done by the stepper motor and the print head. Compared with the XYZ axis cantilever printer, desktop 3D printer, utilizing the delta structure, has the advantage of quick printing speed, being mute, strong scalability and high accuracy.
