某地铁车Tc1振动特性及振动传递分析

摘要:为研究某地铁车Tc1振动特性及振动传递,对该地铁车进行了线路振动模态试验。首先提取60 km/h下稳态30 s振动加速度,利用Test. Lab软件识别了车体及构架工作模态参数,然后在时域方面以6 s的时间段确定平均最大值和有效值,对该地铁车的动力学性能进行了评价。频域方面利用振动加速度频谱图的峰值点确定车辆振动主频。最后计算了各频段下由轴箱到构架、构架到车体的频域传递率。结果表明,该车辆的轴箱悬挂系统对高频振动具较好减振效果,空簧悬挂系统对低频振动有很好的减振效果。

Analysis of vibration and vibration transmission for metro Tc1

Abstract:Vibration modal test in line has been done for study vibration and vibration transmission of a metro Tc1. First extract steady acceleration 30s under 60 km/h, operational modal parameters of the car-body and bogieframe have been identified by Test. Lab software. Generally it used 6s time interval to determine the average maximum value and RMS value in the time domain, and then evaluated the vehicle riding quality according to the standard for the vehicle dynamics. Frequency domain mainly used the Fourier transform to get the frequency spectrum , then the dominant frequency have been determined by the peak points. Finally based on the above analysis, Transmissibility of the vibration energy have beed obtained from axlebox to frame through the primary suspension, and then to car-body through the secondary suspension. The results show that the axleboxes suspension of the vehicle is good for high-frequency vibration isolation damping effect. The air spring suspension system is good damping effect in low-frequency vibration isolation.
