基于PLC的电磁阀响应时间测试系统设计

摘要:采用PLC为核心来构建电磁阀响应时间测试系统,可以缩短开发周期,并利用PLC可靠性高、抗干扰能力强等优点来保证测试精度及系统可靠性。研究重点是设计新的程序算法,以解决PLC循环扫描工作方式和测试系统实时性要求高的矛盾。

Abstract:As the core to build the response time of the solenoid valve testing system based on PLC, and shortens the development cycle, and make use of advantages of PLC high reliability, strong anti-interference ability and so on to ensure the test precision and reliability of the system. The research is focused on the design procedure of the new algorithm, to solve the contradiction between the requirement of high real-time PLC circular scanning mode and test system.
