大厚径比、高钢级钢管横向裂纹原因分析

摘要：裂纹是大厚径比、高钢级钢管生产中常见缺陷，但在输油、输气钢管服役中裂纹却是危害较大的缺陷之一。针对X80M Φ610 mm×14.3 mm螺旋缝埋弧焊管焊缝浅层出现的横向裂纹缺陷，结合螺旋缝埋弧焊生产工艺的特点，从横向裂纹产生的内因原料卷板影响、外因卷管成型影响、微观组织及化学成分影响、宏观外界因素影响出发，分析其产生的原因，并提出了几点避免横向裂纹产生的措施。

The reasons causing for transverse cracks of large thickness to diameter ratio, high grade steel pipe

Abstract：The crack is a common defect in large diameter-thick ratio, high grade steel pipe production, although it is one of the most harmful defect in service of oil and gas transmission pipe. This article is about the transverse crack in shallow layer of the X80M Φ610 mm×14.3 mm SAWH steel pipe, combined with characteristics of SAWH process, research the effect of coiling plate-the internal cause, molding process-external cause, microstructure and chemical composition, macro external factors, analyze the causes of the crack, and propose some methods of avoiding the transverse crack.
