基于数字开关比例阀的机械液压型水轮机调速器改造设计

摘要:根据机械液压型水轮机调速器特点和电站自动化控制需要,结合中小水电站实际运行状况,设计了可用于机械液压型调速器改造和开发新型调速器的高速数字球阀+比例液动阀的数字控制的电液系统,兼备数字开关阀和比例阀的优点;设计了满足电站自动化要求的微机调速器电控系统,通过电站的实际运行,验证了改造设计的可行性和实用性。

Design and transformation of mechanical hydraulic turbine governor based on digital switch-type proportional valve

Abstract:According to the Hydraulic Turbine Governor mechanical characteristics and needs of power plant automation control, combined with the actual operation of small hydropower stations, High-speed digital design mechanical hydraulic type valve has been designed and can be used to transform and develop new governor of proportional hydraulic valves + digital electro-hydraulic control system. It has the advantages of both digital switches and proportional valves. The design can meet the requirements of the microprocessor governor control system of power station automation. With actual operation of power plants, the design of the transformation has been verified both feasibly and practically.
