某柴油机动力转向泵支架的系统优化

摘要:市场反馈某款卡车匹配的柴油机动力转向泵支架多次出现断裂故障,该动力转向泵支架包括支架I、支架II、连接板三个部件,三个部件均发生过断裂。在后期质量整改过程中,设计部门首先优化了悬臂结构,在实验过程中仍然故障。而后分析人员针对模态、强度、疲劳的计算结果对该动力转向泵支架完成系统优化。优化后的动力转向泵支架顺利完成10000 km的高原实验,验证效果良好。

The system optimization apply in diesel power steering pump bracket

Abstract:The fracture of diesel power steering pump bracket has been informed in the practical application. It include three parts which are named bracketⅠ、bracketⅡ and the attached part and all of the parts occurred fracture. In the rectification process, the cantilever structure has been modified by designer to solve the failure, unfortunately it could unsolved. The FEM analysis of the power steering pump bracket which conclude the modal analysis、the strength and fatigue analysis have been performed to execute the system optimization. The optimized structure has finished the 10000 kilometers plateau test successfully and the effect of test is well.
