平行梁式称重传感器的动态仿真分析

摘要:为研究平行梁式称重传感器在工作时的动态性能,以电脑组合秤中的称重传感器为研究对象,基于解耦原理对其结构进行简化,运用达朗贝尔定理建立动力平衡方程,利用Matlab/Simulink软件对平行梁式称重传感器在偏载下的工作特性进行仿真分析,探讨了传感器整个工作历程下的瞬态响应。结果表明:本结构类型的称重传感器对偏载不敏感;在电脑组合秤加料称重完成0.19 s后,便可获得稳定的传感器输出值。

Dynamic simulation analysis of parallel girder load sensor

Abstract:In order to study the dynamic performance of the working status of the parallel girder load sensor, this paper took the parallel girder load sensor of the automatic combination weigher as a prototype. The theory of D’Alenmbert was used to build dynamic equilibrium equation and analyze the dynamic characteristics of the parallel girder load sensor which under the partial load by software Matlab/Simulink on the simplified calculation model which based on the principle of decoupled, then discussed the transient response of the load sensor on whole work experience. The results showed that this structure type of the weighing sensor was not sensitive to partial load and could get a stable sensor’s output values after 0.19 seconds of feeding weighing to complete of the automatic combination weigher.
