基于公理设计与功能分解的核级贯穿组件研究

摘要:在充分研究核级产品研发特点的基础上,提出用功能分解法解决公理设计中功能域需求难以全面、准确定义的问题,阐述了公理设计与功能分解相结合的设计方法,并采用该方法对核电站电气贯穿件用贯穿组件进行了概念及方案设计,最终获得了导体组件的设计原型。

Research on nuclear class feedthrough design on the axiomatic design and function decomposition

Abstract:Based on study the research and development characteristic of nuclear class product, a function decomposition method which can solve the problems of hardly definition the function requirements in the axiomatic design process is proposed. Describe the design method of the axiomatic design combining with function decomposition detailedly and use this method process the concept and scheme design for the feedthrough of electrical penetration assembly of nuclear power plant. At last, a design prototype of feedthrough is obtained.
