下肢康复机动力学分析及仿真

摘要:用封闭矢量法对康复机的五杆机构进行运动学分析,并利用其结果进行动态静力学分析,已知调整杆位置,求解康复机工作时各个杆件受到的外力,以及瞬态在曲柄和调整杆运动轴上产生的反作用力矩M1和M5。同时运用ADAMS软件对工作状态中的康复机进行仿真,进一步观察不同的调整杆位置对M1和M5的影响。

Abstract:The closed vector approach is applied in the kinematical analysis of planar five-bar mechanisms,Use the results of the mechanical analysis and recovery machine of five-bar mechanism,Given the positions of the adjusting stem,Solving the rehabilitation machine’s bars subjected to external forces,and reaction torque M1 and M5 at the crank shaft and lever in every moment. established the simulation model of virtual prototyping busing the software ADAMS. Further investigate the different adjusting stem position influence of M1 and M5.
