智能螺丝紧固系统的研究与开发

摘要：介绍高频头智能螺丝紧固系统，包括自动送料系统、自动点胶系统、自动锁紧系统、自动卸料系统及自动控制系统。该系统成本约仅为同类进口设备价格的1/3，投入使用后，锁螺丝速度达40～60 pcs/min，与手工操作相比，工作效率提高10倍。

Abstract：This paper presents an intelligent screw fastening systemwith tuner modules, which is composed of an auto-feeding system, an auto-gluing system, an auto-locking system, an auto-unloading system and an automatic control system. When putinto use, the screw speed is up to 40-60pcs/m. Such a system not onlycosts a third of the similar imported one, but alsohas a work efficiencyof ten timesofthe manual operation.
