火炮全炮受力分析及仿真

摘要:针对目前火炮设计理论教材中对后坐时全炮受力分析不完整以及割裂后坐复进过程的问题,对后坐减速时期全炮受力以及后坐复进过程连续受力情况进行了深入分析,分析表明,依据驱动力的方向将射击时全炮受力情况分为向后运动趋势和向前运动趋势阶段能更好地理解火炮的静止性和稳定性,向后运动趋势阶段包括后坐阶段和复进加速阶段,向前运动趋势阶段指复进减速阶段。最后给出的某地面火炮射击全过程的驱动力数值仿真实例表明:复进阶段、驱动力和水平约束反力会出现反复换向的情况。

Analysis and simulation of bear forces for whole gun

Abstract:In recent gun design theory books, the whole gun bear forces analysis during recoil phase is not very integrated, the recoil process and the counterrecoil process was splited completely. Aimed at the above questions, bear forces for whole gun during the decelerating recoil phase and during the whole fire process were analyzed. The analysis indicates dividing the whole fire process into backwards trend phase and forthwards trend phase according the direction of drive force will be more reasonable to understand the stillness and stability, the backwards trend phase includes recoil and accelerating counterrecoil phases, the forthwards trend phase includes decelerating counterrecoil phases. At last, a numerical simulation example about drive force of certain battle-field gun shows that during the counterrecoil process, the direction of drive force and horizontal constraining force are ever-changing.
