基于VB与Matlab混合编程的机械零件可靠性设计

摘要:基于应力-强度干涉理论,分析了利用蒙特卡罗法法进行可靠性设计的基本原理,得出在要求可靠度下,设计机械零件的一般算法。采用基于COM组件的MATLAB与VB混合编程的方式,充分发挥Matlab的数值计算功能和VB的界面开发功能,提高计算效率。最后对梁的断面直径的可靠性设计做了一个实例开发,结果表明,在满足给定要求可靠度和设计精度下,利用蒙特卡罗法可以准确设计出零件尺寸,并找出其分布规律。

Abstract:The reliability design of mechanical parts has been analyzed by Monte carol based on the stress-strength interference theory and the general algorithm has been get under the given reliability. The method has been achieved by the way of hybrid programming of MATLAB and VB on the purpose of increasing computational efficiency. In the paper, a concrete instance on the reliability design of the sectional size of a beam has been worked. The result reveals that by Monte carol method the size and distribution of parts can be get accurately under the demand of given reliability and design precision.
