核级管壳式换热器管束流致振动的TEMA标准分析方法

摘要:换热器广泛应用于核电厂传热过程,其中折流板管壳式换热器是最常见的一种。但是,这类换热器的传热管束易发生流体诱导振动,造成设备破坏。针对核级管壳式换热器的实际运行工况,依据TEMA标准,探讨了卡门旋涡、紊流抖动、流体弹性不稳定、声振动流致振动的分析方法,对防止管束流致振动破坏提出了解决办法。

Analysis method of the flow-induced vibration for shell-and-tube heat exchanger bundle with nuclear safety class based on standards of TEMA

Abstract:Heat exchangers are widely used heat transfer process equipment in nuclear power plant, especially the shell-and-tube heat exchanger with baffles. However, one fundamental defect is that the tube buddle is liable to take place the flow-induced vibration, which will cause significant damage in heat exchanger. According to TEMA standards, based on the practical condition of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger with nuclear safety class, the possibility and criteria of the flow induced vibration by Vortex Shedding, Turbulent Buffeting, Fluid-elastic Instability and acoustic vibration are discussed, as well as the solution for the potentially existing dangers of the flow induced vibration damage are presented.
