游梁式抽油机支架的疲劳强度分析

摘要:游梁式抽油机支架长期承受交变载荷的作用,易发生疲劳破坏。为预测抽油机支架的疲劳寿命、提高工作可靠性,以C-228D-173-74型抽油机支架为例,在SolidWorks Simulation环境下,首先进行静态有限元分析,得出最恶劣工况下支架的最大应力为65.86 MPa,具备较大的静强度安全系数;进一步进行疲劳分析表明,得出该支架在10年工作期限内不会发生疲劳破坏,但后支腿顶部的损坏因子为0.952,即将达到疲劳寿命极限,若须超期服役,应采取措施对破坏部位予以加强。

Fatigue strength analysis of beam pumping unit jack based on SolidWorks Simulation

Abstract:The beam pumping jack is apt to occur fatigue rupture as a result of bearing a repeated fluctuating load continuously. In order to calculate the fatigue life of pumping jack and improve its functional reliability, the paper takes the C-228D-173-74 pumping jack for example to do some research under the circumstance of SolidWorks Simulation. Firstly, static analysis of finite element is made and get the conclusion that under the worst working condition, the jack has a considerable safety factor on static strength with its maximum stress is 65.86MPa. Secondly, further fatigue analysis indicate that this jack will not occur fatigue rupture in 10 years of its working time. However, at the top of the back legs, the Damage factor is 0.952, which indicates that the jack is going to reach the limit of its fatigue life, so proper measures should be taken to strengthen the damaged part if the jack needs continuous service.
