逆向工程技术在板式换热器研发中的应用

摘要：由于板式换热器板片具有复杂的几何形状，快速、精确得到各种板型的CAD模型对板式换热器的开发过程具有十分重要的意义。介绍了国内板式换热器开发过程中所面临的问题以及逆向工程所起到的作用，对板片表面几何数据的获取、点云的平滑处理以及数字化模型重构做了详细的阐述。获取的板片数字化模型具有良好的精确性，大大加快了板式换热器的研发过程。

Application of reverse engineering technology in research and development of plate heat exchanger

Abstract：For the reason that the plate heat exchanger plate has complicated geometry, getting the CAD model of various plate types rapidly and accurately has great significance to the development process of plate heat exchanger. This paper introduces the problems facing in domestic development process of plate heat exchanger and what role does reverse engineering play. This thesis also expounds the acquisition of plate surface geometric data, smoothing processing of point cloud and the reconstruction of digital model in detail. The plate digital model has good accuracy, greatly accelerate the development process of plate heat exchanger.
