涡卷簧矩形线自动化轧制设备的研制

摘要:通过对涡卷簧原材料60Si2MnA特性以及涡卷簧生产工艺的分析,制定了一种适合涡卷簧自动轧制方案,并设计了一条涡卷簧矩形线自动化轧制线,解决了某企业按工序分散生产的众多问题。对生产线中轧机结构、轧机参数进行计算,并采用基于模块化设计理念着重对轧制线最重要的纵轧设备进行了详细的参数和结构设计。同时利用ABAQUS软件对纵轧设备机架结构进行有限元分析,通过对不同机架支架板厚的分析提出了最适合支架板厚,从而改善了机架结构,提高了其结构性能。

Study of volute spring rectangular wire automated rolling equipment

Abstract:According to the analysis of 60Si2MnA’s material properties and production process of volute spring, it formulated a automatic rolling scheme and designed a volute spring rectangular wire automated rolling line,which solved many problems raised in scattering production process. The structure and parameters of the rolling mill in the rolling line is calculated, and a detailed calculation on axial rolling machinery based on the modular design concept is analyzed, which is the most important operation in the whole rolling line. Finally, finite element analysis is calculated on the frame of axial rolling machinery to get the most appropriate bracket thickness and improve its structure.
