1WG-3.6型自走式多功能微耕机轴系的模态分析

摘要:在Pro/E 5.0中建立了1WG-3.6型自走式多功能微耕机轴系的三维实体装配模型,并将该模型输出为IGS文件格式,再读入ANSYS Workbench 12.0,然后对Volume定义接触单元,采用计算规模可接受且精度较高的单元网格划分方法,进行网格划分,得到网格划分图。应用Block Lanczos方法求出1WG-3.6型自走式多功能微耕机轴系的固有频率和振型。模态分析结果为产品的设计和改进奠定了理论基础。

Modal analysis of shaft system of 1WG-3.6 self-propelled new multifunctional micro-tillage machine

Abstract:A three dimensional model of the assembly of shaft system of 1WG-3.6 self-propelled new multifunctional micro-tillage machine was built by using Pro/E 5.0. The model was output and converted into an IGS file. Then the model was input ANSYS-Workbench. After that, the contact elements were defined on interfaces between volumes. Then a mesh dividing method which has high precision and an acceptable calculating scale was used to generate the mesh. The natural frequencies and vibration modes of shaft system of WG-3.6 self-propelled new multifunctional micro-tillage machine were solved by using Block Lanczos method. The results of modal analysis lay a foundation for the design and improvement of the machine.
