电控自动变速器液压控制系统故障失效函数分析方法

摘要:针对电控自动变速器液压系统故障原因与症兆之间的复杂关系,通过对其液压系统合理地建模,建立系统失效故障树,采用数据驱动和基于知识的目标驱动控制的正反向推理方法进行分析,最终用计算机编程建立故障源与故障征兆的联系。对电控自动变速器液压系统进行故障分析是系统可靠性分析的基础,对产品开发具有重要意义,同时为电控自动变速器故障诊断专家系统的开发提供支持。所述方法也适用于其它复杂电液控制系统的故障诊断。

Failture function analysis for electrically controlled automatic transmission hydraulic system

Abstract:According to complicated relationship between hydraulic system fault’s cause of electrically controlled automatic transmission and its symptoms, through modeling on hydraulic system of electrically controlled automatic transmission, the fault tree of system was set up. A diagnosis method of date drive and back and forward chaining reasoning on the basis of the target drive control of knowledge was adopted. The relationships between fault’s cause and its symptoms can be set by program. The failure analysis of hydraulic system of electrically controlled automatic transmission is the basis of system reliability analysis and is very important to product development. This method support the research of expert system on failure diagnosis of electrically controlled automatic transmission, and also can be applied to other failure diagnosis of complicated modern electrical and hydro automatic system.
