摘要:通过分析市面上盖章机的缺点,设计了一款能适应不同尺寸的纸张、能递送纸张、可实现纸张翻页的新型自动盖章机,解决了纸张适应能力差、无递送装置、印章需专门制作等问题。主要介绍了新型盖章机的技术方案,分析了其结构及工作原理,建立实体模型,并进行了运动系统的可行性分析。

The research of stamping machine with automatic page turning and conveyance device

Abstract:The paper analyses the shortcomings of stamping machines in the market and designs a new type of automatic stamping machine which is fitted for different sizes of paper. The machine can easily convey paper with a page turning device. The problems such as the poor adaptability of the paper, without conveyance devices, seals need to be customized and so on, have been solved. In the paper the technical scheme of a new type of stamping machine are presented. It analyses the structure and work principle of the machine, builds 3-D model, and then the feasibility of the motion system is analyzed.
