污水罐在线清洗车转向系统设计与研究

摘要:设计了一种污水罐在线清洗车,重点对新型污水罐在线清洗车转向系统进行优化设计。根据Ackerman转向原理,将清洗车转向系统的实际转角关系无限趋近于理论转角关系作为优化目标,运用最小二乘法对转向梯形机构进行优化,得到了整体最优解,以此作为转向系统梯形机构的初始参数,依据现场工况对转向系统重要零部件进行设计计算,建立各主要零部件的几何模型,并进行运动仿真。内外侧车轮转角曲线与理论曲线较为接近。车轮的极限转角远远大于普通车辆的极限转角,从而能够满足清洗车转向系统较高的机动性的设计要求。

Abstract:Design a wastewater tank online cleaning car. The essay focuses on steering system optimization design of the new type online cleaning car of the sewage tank. According to the Ackerman steering principle, we make the actual angle relationship infinite approaching the theory angle relationship of cleaning car steering as the optimization goal, using the least square method to optimize the steering trapezoidal mechanism, the overall optimal solution is obtained, and regard it as the initial parameters of steering trapezoidal mechanism, design calculation for the steering system important parts are carried on on the basis of working conditions on site, establish the geometric model of main components, and movement simulation is carried on. The limits of the wheel angle is far greater than the limit angle of ordinary vehicles and thus can satisfy the clean vehicle steering system design requirements of high mobility.
