基于PLC的无纺布开孔机设计

摘要:当前无纺布开孔机存在效率低下、协同性和连续性不佳等问题,对此创新设计了一种基于PLC的气动开孔机。利用反求工程的机械设计方法确定了其整体设计方案,并对机械结构、气动系统和控制系统三方面做了详细设计。实践证明,该开孔机操作简单、智能性与协同性俱佳,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:The non-woven punching Machine exist low efficiency, poor coordination and poor continuity problems. this paper creatively designed out of pneumatic punching machine based on PLC by using reverse engineering mechanical design method, and determined the overall design, structure design, pneumatic system design and control system design in detail. The practice proved that the machine is easy to operate and have a high intelligence and coordination, with a wide range of application prospects.
