摘要:稀有金属钪具有熔点高、比重小、强度大及热稳定性好等优点,但其硬度较低,在加工孔和外圆端面时易出现较大的毛刺,且在孔和外圆端面去毛刺时边缘易出现小坑缺陷,难以满足技术要求。因此,从加工工艺角度提出新的实现方法,具体采用了化整为零、聚零为整、二次去毛刺和合理的工装夹具及刀具等措施,以解决传统加工工艺导致钪圆片毛刺较大的问题。结果表明,该方法可以得到满足技术要求的钪圆片,且有效提高了零件合格率和钪材料利用率。

New manufacturing techniques of Scandium metal

Abstract:The rare metal of scandium (Sc) has the characteristic of high melting point, low specific gravity, great strength, low effect on temperature and so on. However, low hardness of Sc will cause the processing hole and excircle end faces appear larger burrs. Moreover, small pit defects are in prone to producing on removing the burrs. Therefore, this paper presents manufacturing methods of breaking up the whole into parts, gathering parts into a whole, removing the burrs through two times of processing, ect to solve these difficulties. This method can ensure precision of Sc metal and effectively improve the qualified rate and utilization rate.
