基于CAN总线的泥浆泵故障诊断研究

摘要:泥浆泵在高负荷运行过程中易出现活塞刺漏、凡尔刺漏和凡尔体卡死等故障,针对上述故障无法实现实时诊断问题,提出一种基于功率谱处理技术、小波处理技术及CAN总线信号传输技术的远程在线故障诊断方法,在对泥浆泵活塞刺漏、凡尔刺漏和凡尔体卡死等故障发生机理分析的基础上,研究了故障特征及提取方法,编制出相应的诊断软件。在F-1300型泥浆泵上的实验结果显示,系统能够实现对活塞刺漏、凡尔刺漏和凡尔体卡死等故障的实时判断及监控。

Study on malfunction diagnosis of the mud pump based on CAN bus

Abstract:It is difficult to monitor the malfunction of the running mud pump in real time when the piston and the valve body is damaged and jammed. Based on power spectrum processing technology, wavelet processing technology and CAN bus a new method realizes the malfunction diagnosis of the mud pump in long distance and online. It is first to analysis the mechanism of the malfunction which contains damaging and jamming, then to study the method to extract the failure symptoms of the mud pump, and to draw the monitoring system software. Tested with the F-1300 mud pump, it demonstrates that this method can distinguish the malfunction of the pump when the piston and the valve body is damaged and valve body is jammed effectively in real time.
