隧道掘进机驱动密封系统分析

摘要:隧道掘进机是目前地下隧道施工主要工程机械之一,驱动部分是整台设备的核心零部件,直接影响设备寿命。从可靠性、对油脂依赖性、使用条件等几方面对多唇密封、VD密封和单唇密封三种结构进行比较分析,对失效原因进行分类,对我国某城市地铁施工中隧道掘进机主驱动密封失效案例进行了分析。通过现场实验证明该驱动结构在设计时存在两个问题:第一,无泄露检测装置;第二,润滑油脂粘度太高,不易流动,造成润滑系统运转不良。最后对该密封结构进行了优化设计。

Main drive seal system analysis of tunnel machine

Abstract:Tunnel boring machine is one of the main machines used in underground tunnel constructing at the moment. Drive part is the core component in the machine which directly affects the service life of the machine. This article will analyze the differences between several lip seal, VD seal and single lip seal from the aspects of reliability、dependency of greases and service condition and classify the cause of failure. Author analyzed one case of tunnel boring machine used in an urban subway construction in China which has a failed main seal. Field experiments demonstrated that two problems existed on drive structure during designing including: 1. no leak detection equipments; 2. the viscosity of lubricating grease is too high to flow smoothly which result in a bad operation for the whole system. In the end the author optimized the drive seal structure design and offered a seal system structure to suit geology of our country.
