基于ANSYS的渐开线斜齿轮传动系统分析方法

摘要:斜齿轮应用广泛,其设计校核十分重要,传统斜齿轮的传动校核采用近似和多个系数修正的计算方法,具有局限性。以ANSYS软件和APDL接口语言为基础,提出了渐开线斜齿轮传动系统自动建模的方法和过程,并进行了斜齿轮传动系统的接触分析,旨在提供一种斜齿轮传动设计计算的新思路。计算结果表明,获得的应力数值更加精确,计算方法正确有效,可作为斜齿轮传动精确设计计算的新方法。

The analysis of helical gear contact strength based on ANSYS

Abstract:Helical gear is widely applied, its design is important. The traditional design method of helical gear is approximation and coefficient modification. In this paper, the method and process of automatic modeling and analyzing about helical gear system has been provided, and the contacting analysis of helical gear system is also completed based on ANSYS and APDL. The new idea of helical gear design has been formed. Using it, the exact design of helical gear can be easily realized. The result shows that the more accurately contact stress values of helical gear can be acquired by our methods. Thus, our methods are correct and effect, and can be used as a new method about the helical gear strength calculation.
