基于虚拟样机和有限元分析的某自行火炮抽筒子疲劳寿命预测研究

摘要:抽筒子的强度和寿命直接决定炮闩的可靠性,进而影响自行火炮的战斗力。针对抽筒子在射击过程中出现爪部断裂的问题,基于建立的自行火炮炮闩系统虚拟样机模型,得到抽筒子爪在抽筒过程中的载荷谱。基于有限元技术建立了抽筒子有限元模型,对抽筒子进行了静强度分析,结果表明抽筒子的强度是满足要求的。进而利用疲劳分析软件对抽筒子进行了疲劳寿命预测,确定了装备关重件疲劳寿命预测计算的流程。

Research on the extractor fatigue life of one self-propelled gun based on virtual prototype and FEM

Abstract:The reliability of breech mechanism depends on the strength and life of extractor directly and affects the self-propelled gun fighting capacity. Aimed at the extractor fracture, the load spectrum of extractor during opening breechblock was obtained through virtual prototype model of breech system. Based on FEM method, static strength of extractor was analyzed to indicate that the strength of extractor met requirement. Then use fatigue analysis software to predict the fatigue life of extractor and confirm the fatigue life prediction flow of equips components.
