200 km/h客车转向架构架静强度试验及评估

摘要:转向架构架是保证机车车辆安全运行的关键部件,采用合理的试验方案和评估方法对某准高速转向架构架的各种工况进行了静强度试验和评估,以确保转向架构架足够的强度,试验表明测点的选取及加载控制是静强度测试和评估的关键,为提供更为精确的运营数据奠定了基础。

Static strength test and assessment of 2 bogie frame of 200 km/h passenger car

Abstract:Bogie frame is the key components to ensure the safe operation of the locomotives and rolling stock, Reasonable testing program and evaluating method are used to test and evaluate the static strength of various working situations of a quasi-high speed bogie frame, to ensure sufficient strength of the bogie frame, the test showed that the selection of the measuring point and load control are the key factors of static strength test and evaluate, laid the foundation to provide a more accurate operational data.
