基于ANSYS的喂花机导向套的静力学分析

摘要:近年来,随着新疆棉花产业的不断扩大,对棉花加工的机械化水平要求越来越高。喂花机是棉花加工中的重要机械。为了提高喂花机的使用性能,选取喂花机的关键零件导向套进行研究。通过SolidWorks三维实体建模、模型导入ANSYS建立有限元模型,并选取几种导向套在工作中的比较典型的工况进行静力学分析,得出各工况下的应力图。结合分析结果及导向套在使用中的实际情况,得出一些合理的结构改进建议,为其结构的优化提供一定的理论依据。

Static analysis of cotton feeder guide sleeve based on ANSYS

Abstract:In recent years, with Xinjiang cotton industry ever-expanding, the mechanization level of cotton processing are getting more demanding. Cotton feeding machine is one of the most important machines in cotton processing. In order to improve the performance of cotton feeding machine, do research on the guide sleeve which is the critical parts of cotton feeding machine. The 3D solid model is established by SolidWorks and imported into ANSYS to establish the finite element modelling, and the statics stress analysis of the guide sleeve are created by choosing several typical working conditions of the guide sleeve, working out stress diagram of the guide sleeve under different working conditions. Through binding with analysis results and the actual situation, drawing several improved methods of the guide sleeve, it provides certain theoretical basis for the structure optimization.
