整车道路耐久试验的研究

摘要：汽车各系统可靠性或耐久性是汽车最重要的性能之一，它是客户最为关心的性能，直接影响并决定着客户对产品的评价和汽车销量。整车道路耐久试验是验证汽车可靠性或耐久性的最重要途径。结合多年从事整车道路耐久试验的经验，以提高汽车品质、降低市场抱怨为目的，研究在道路耐久试验过程中发现失效模式的方法，指出遵循合理的道路耐久试验程序、建立科学的试验规范以及在试验过程中建立汽车各系统的失效评估项目和标准是有效发现失效模式的途径。

The research about vehicle road durability test

Abstract：The reliability and durability of vehicle systems are the most important key index as far as customers are concerned. It greatly influence customer appraise for vehicle and sales. Vehicle road durability test is the most important way for vehicle durability. On the basis of years experience in vehicle road durability test and for improving vehicle quality and decreasing customer complaint, analysis is made to research ways to find more failures in test vehicle. It indicates that following reasonable test procedure and establishing scientific test criterion as well as setting up failure items and standards for all systems in test vehicle are effective ways to find more failures in test vehicle.
