基于Pro/E的物料抓取机械手的自顶向下装配设计

摘要:在三维设计软件Pro/Engineer平台上,结合物料抓取机械手设计实例,研究了采用“运动骨架”技术实现运动机构自顶向下装配设计的过程。与自底向上设计方法相比,自顶向下的设计方法着眼于产品设计意图,更容易实现对产品的修改和重建,非常适用于新产品研发或需要频繁修改的产品设计中。而“运动骨架”技术的应用使得在设计之初就能模拟研发产品的运动,对研发产品能否满足设计要求提供了更加快速与直观地判断依据。

Top-down assembly design of the holding manipulator based on Pro/E

Abstract:This article studied “motion skeleton” technology using for top-down assembly design of the motion mechanism. A practical application on the design of holding manipulator is illustrated based on Pro/Engineer. Compared with down-top design, top-down design can make it easier to implement the product modification and reconstruction and is very suitable for new product development or product design which needs modify frequently. “motion skeleton” can simulate the movement of the research products in time, providing faster and visual judgment.
