X80管线钢配套焊条CHE657GX的研制

摘要：X80管线钢为我国“西气东输”重点管道工程用钢材，目前国内与之配套的焊材多为国外产品。为打破国外技术垄断，通过严格制定相关焊接方案、标准、参数以及对得出数据的分析讨论，研制出一种专用于X80管线钢的高强度高韧性低氢型电焊条CHE657GX。目前该焊条在焊接X80钢时表现出了优异的理化性能，能够充分地满足管道工程焊接的各项性能要求。

In order to break the monopoly of foreign technology, we prepare This electric welding rod and we called it CHE657GX. In welding of the X80 pipeline steel. It has very good performance. As good as the foreign products.
