基于CATIA的砂轮R角修正器的设计与分析

摘要:砂轮R角修正器是曲轴磨削工艺中,对砂轮R角修正的重要设备;其修正工艺过程直接影响到整个曲轴的加工质量和效率。研究针对原有修正器的缺陷,重新设计了一款新型的砂轮R角修正器。首先,详细地介绍了新修正器的概念设计过程,并通过CATIA电子样机模块对其进行了机构运动仿真和空间干涉检验,找出了初始设计的干涉部位。然后通过优化和仿真检验,重新设计出了砂轮R角修正器的优化模型。最后,将此设计图形进行机加工做出修正器的样品,在实际工作检验中,完全符合加工精度要求,并且大大地提高了工作效率。

The design and analysis of r angle grinding wheel dresser based on CATIA

Abstract:R angle grinding wheel dresser is an important device in the crankshaft grinding process, and the correct process directly affects processing quality and efficiency of the entire crankshaft. This study redesign a new type dresser based on the defects of the original dresser. First of all, the concept designing process of R angle grinding wheel dresser is detailedly provided, and through mechanism kinematics simulator and space interference inspection of it, which are made by CATIA Digital Mockup Module, the interference part of the original design is found. Then the optimized model is redesigned via optimizing and simulating inspection again. Finally, according to this design configuration, the dresser sample is manufactured by machining and in the actual work inspection, it fully complies with requirements of machining accuracy and also greatly increases the work efficiency.
