轧盖机主体结构的设计分析

摘要:轧盖机适用于瓶装液体的封装,广泛应用于药厂饮料厂。目前大多数轧盖机的通用性不高,结构复杂。研究通过分析原轧盖机结构和西林瓶尺寸参数,对轧盖机的主体结构进行设计分析,并进行优化设计:配备不同规格的轧盖头以调整西林瓶的瓶盖直径;用大螺母调节固定输送模块以调整西林瓶的瓶身直径;两片轧刀设计以调整西林瓶的瓶颈直径;设计套轴机构以调整西林瓶的瓶身高度。该结构能够提高设备通用性,降低生产成本,轧制质量较高,轧盖速度提高,废品率降低。

Design and analysis of the capping machine’s major structure

Abstract:The Capping machine is applied to the encapsulation of the liquid and is broadly used in the medicine factory and drink factory .At present, the major capping machine which generality is not well and have the complicated structure . The capping machine major structure is designed optimally by analysing the original capping machine and penicillin bottle size. The capping with different specifications is designed to adjust the cap's diameter. The transmission module with a nut is designed to adjust the bottle body's diameter. The clipper is designed two pieces to adjust the bottle neck diameter. The set of shaft institutions is designed to adjust the height of the bottle body. The improved machine can improve generality, reduce production cost, improve the quality and speed and reduce the rate of the defective product.
