摘要：阐述开式齿轮传动机构润滑系统执行机构的设计制造，同时把PLC控制系统和可调式电动润滑泵组合到设备润滑管理当中，取代了以往人工涂抹润滑油的方式，保证了开式齿轮齿条的润滑，大大降低了工人劳动强度，提高了设备维护效率，降低维护成本。

Design of automatic lubrication systems of open gear transmission

Abstract：The article describes the design and manufacture of open gear transmission mechanism lubrication system implementing agencies, PLC control system and adjustable electric lubrication pump equipment lubrication management portfolio to replace the previous manual way to fill oil to ensure that the open gear rack lubrication, greatly reduce the labor intensity, improve the efficiency of the equipment maintenance, and reduce maintenance costs.
