闭式泵叶轮五轴数控加工技术

摘要:闭式泵叶轮一般采取焊接工艺。研究采用五轴数控加工技术,整体加工泵叶轮流道的方法。通过开展高效加工策略研究、刀轴插补与刀轴优化技术研究、五轴仿真技术研究,高质量地完成闭式泵叶轮研制。特别是采取刀轴优化技术,克服了加工盲区;采用高效加工策略,提高了叶轮加工效率。三坐标检测表明,叶片型面精度控制在±0.05 mm以内。制造质量和生产效率达到国内先进水平。

Accomplishing machining technology of five axes simultaneity for integrally-shrouded pump impeller

Abstract:The integrally-shrouded pump impeller is generally taken to the welding process. In this paper, using a five-axis CNC machining technology, the overall processing of the pump impeller. Through the efficient processing strategy, the tool axis interpolation and tool axis optimization technology research, five-axis simulation technology, high-quality completion of the integrally-shrouded pump impeller developed. Especially due to take the tool axis optimization techniques to overcome the processing blind; take the high-efficient machining strategy to improve the efficiency of the impeller machining. Testing data showed that the surface accuracy control within ± 0.05mm. Manufacturing quality and production efficiency reached advanced domestic level.
