摘要：条烟输送线由于采用链板结构，输送速度不能太高，通常在50条/min以下工作，而现在应用的包装机，很多速度超过50条/min，对这部分包装机生产的条烟输送前要进行分道处理，将一台包装机生产的条烟分成两道输送。分道部件的老结构结构复杂，工作过程中动作太多，效率低，包装机速度太快时不能胜任。且影响产品外观质量。改进后的分道部件结构简单，效率高，可以适应更高的包装机速度，条烟分道过程中运行距离短，摩擦小，对条烟外观质量影响不大。

The development of diverging parts in cigarette carton conveying lines

Abstract：The cigarette carton conveying lines adopt chain plate structure, its transporting speed is not very high, around 50carton/min. But the speed of many current cigarette packing machines is faster than 50carton/min. To match the speed of those types of packing machines, the carton conveying line has to be diverged into two channel to transport the cartons produced by the same packing machine. The old structure of diverging parts is very complicated which has too many actions with low efficiency and could not work smoothly when the packing machine runs too fast. It also effects the products' appearance quality. After improvement, the diverging parts are simpler in structure and higher in efficiency. It could suit the packing machines with higher speed. During diverging, the conveying distance is shorter with lower friction. It would not effect the cartons' appearance quality much.
