基于CFD数值模拟的氧传感器位置研究

摘要:排气系统中氧传感器的布置位置不仅影响其监测含氧量的精度,还影响催化载体前的流速分布以及三元催化的工作效率和使用寿命,最终体现是使汽车排放不能达到法规要求,所以选择一个合适的氧传感器安装位置至关重要。通过CFD数值模拟的方法,对某乘用车用排气歧管的内流场进行了模拟计算,并重点研究了布置位置的不同对氧传感器以及载体前端流速分布的影响。综合考虑各方面的因素,最终确定一个比较合适的氧传感器安装位置,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:Exhaust system oxygen sensor position not only affects its monitoring the accuracy of oxygen, still affect catalytic carrier before the velocity distribution and three-way catalytic efficiency and service life. It is finally reflecting car's emissions can't achieve regulations, so it is very important to choose a suitable oxygen sensor installation position .In this paper, through the method of numerical simulation of CFD of a passenger car exhaust manifold with the inside of the flow field simulation calculation, and focus on the layout of the different position of oxygen sensor and carrier flow velocity on the distribution of the front. Comprehensive account of various factors, and finally determined that a more appropriate oxygen sensor installation location. It has some value of the engineering application.
