摘要：介绍了气阀的结构及工作原理，简述了气阀的三种常见失效形式，重点从介质的影响、疲劳损坏、弹簧力强弱等七个方面，较详细地分析了气阀故障原因，并采取了使用PEEK阀片、进行工艺系统技术改造等七条有效措施，同时给出了相关建议。综合上述结果，分析气阀故障原因并采取合理措施，可以提高焦炉气压缩机的运行可靠性，带来可观的经济效益。

Failure analysis and countermeasures of 6M40 type coke oven gas compressor valve

Abstract：This article briefly introduced the structure and working principle of the valve, briefly introduced the three common of valve failure forms. And detailed analysis valve failure cause from seven aspects, for example medium influence, fatigue damage and spring force strength. Take seven effective measures to reform as use PEEK valve plate and process system technology transformation. The related suggestions are given. Comprehensive these results, analysis valve failure cause and take reasonable measures can improve the operation reliability of the coke oven gas compressor and bring considerable economic benefits.
