逆向工程技术在铁路货车铸造模具中的应用

摘要:为快速实现模具逆向重构并改进原有模具结构设计缺陷,以某型出口车型模具为例,采用CATIA V5软件平台,运用激光扫描技术获取旧模具点云数据并进行数据处理,采用逆向工程技术进行三维模型的逆向重构,并对原有的薄弱结构进行改进设计,通过新模具的加工制造验证逆向重构方法的有效性。

Abstract:In order to quickly achieve reverse restructure of mold and improve the structure of the mold design flaws. This paper, taking the bolster of a railway freight car as an example, based on CATIA v5 software as platform, process the waste mold point cloud data getting from using laser scanning technology . Using reverse engineering techniques to reverse reconstruction of 3D modeling, and to improve the weak structure of the original design. manufacturing show that the method of reverse restructure is effective.
