兆瓦级风电机组行星轮系有限元分析

摘要:针对兆瓦级风电齿轮箱中行星轮系易出故障的特点,通过三维建模软件建立行星轮系的计算模型,利用有限元方法对行星轮系进行了静强度分析,找出了最大应力点,提出了改善最大应力的方法。对行星轮系模态分析结果与已知的实际频率比较表明:在正常工作状态下,行星轮系不会产生共振。此方法为2.0 MW风电机组行星轮系的设计提供了理论依据。

Finite element analysis of megawatt wind turbine gearbox

Abstract:According to the MW level of wind gear box of planetary gear train easily out of fault. Built the planetar gear train’s calculation model through 3D modeling software, using the finite element method to analysis and calculate the stress of the planetary gear train, and get the data and position where produces the maximum stress, the way to reduce the maximum stress was put forward. Compare the results of modal analysis with the actual frequency shows that : the planetary gear train does not produce resonance in normal working state. The methods provides theoretical basis for the design in planet carrier and gear transmission of MW Wind Turbine.
