MEMS开关悬臂梁建模及有限元分析

摘要:在传统式的以绝缘体上硅即SOI为基底的MEMS接触式开关基础上进行模型的设计及优化。利用SolidWorks三维建模软件建立MEMS开关悬臂梁和质量块的三维模型,以SolidWorks Simulation仿真软件对悬臂梁进行有限元分析,网格的划分、载荷分析、应力分析以及位移分析并进行二次优化设计从而达到最佳方案。最终选择六边形的多孔质量块作为配重,选取扭梁结构作为梁最终结构,使梁在受到相同的惯性力的作用下应力更小、体积更小、灵敏度更高。最终提高MEMS开关的可靠性与灵敏度。

The modeling and finite element analysis of the cantilever of MEMS switch

Abstract:Solidworks is chosen as the software to build the cantilever beam and mass of the MEMS switch based on the traditional model which uses SOI as the basal. The cantilever beam and mass are simulated by Solidworks Simulation by meshing, load analysis, stress analysis and offset analysis and then have a optimization design to achieve the best solution. Porous mass and torsion beam are chosen as the final structure.The design aimed at improving the reliability and sensitivity of the MEMS switch.
