基于CAPP的气门制造成本管理系统的研究与应用

摘要：针对气门产品结构差异不大的特点，气门产品成本预算可以重用相似产品的已有成本数据。利用JAVA程序语言和SQL server数据库开发出一种基于CAPP的气门制造成本管理系统，介绍了该系统的成本计算方法、系统业务流程，最后将该系统应用在企业的实际管理中，从而实现气门零件成本的快速计算，为企业工艺改进和快速报价提供可靠依据。

Abstract：The previous data of similar product should be reused while the cost of valve is budgeted referring to the slight difference among the various structure of valves. In this paper, a management system for manufacturing cost of valve based on CAPP is worked out by JAVA and sqlserver. The method of cost calculation and the operation flow are also proposed. Finally, this system has been the implementation of a valve company and it is well peformaced.
