一种新型灌装用控制阀的设计与应用

摘要：一种饮料灌装用新型控制阀，当瓶口顶开嵌有橡皮垫的滑套后，灌装头与滑套之间出现间隙，饮料通过间隙注入瓶内，同时瓶内空气经排气管排至贮液箱。与传统灌装阀相比，新型控制阀的结构特点是：排气管可上下移动、滑套下滑时有护罩限位防护、护罩使弹簧等零件变为内藏，克服了传统阀使用过程中瓶破阀坏及弹簧等零件外露不卫生等问题。

Abstract：The new control valve for beverage filling, when the bottle top open embedded with a rubber pad sliding sleeve and the sliding sleeve after filling head gap, beverage and realized by the gap filling into the bottle and the bottle air to the liquid storage tank through the exhaust pipe. Compared to its structure characteristics and traditional filling valve exhaust pipe location is not fixed and can be moved up and down; the sliding sleeve slide motion limit protection shield cover; the spring and other parts to hide inside. Therefore new filling valve to overcome the traditional valve often occur in the process of using Ping broken valve spring and other parts exposed not bad and health problems.
