摘要:利用ADAMS/View建模软件,建立某MPV麦弗逊式前独立悬架的虚拟样机模型,采用左侧车轮上下跳动的分析方法,完成了悬架的运动学仿真与分析,得到主销后倾角、主销内倾角、前轮外倾角、前轮前束角等特性曲线,分析了前轮定位参数对整车性能的影响。其主销内倾角变化量偏大,不利于汽车操纵稳定性,可以以改变前轮主销内倾角为重点对前悬架作优化设计。

Modeling and simulation of macpherson front independent suspension of virtual MPV specimen based on ADAMS

Abstract:The MPV Macpherson front independent suspension prototyping model of some car is built with ADAMS/View software according to its numerical mode first, and then the simulated tests are performed using the simulation model. The simulation and analysis of suspension kinematics performances were completed by the left wheel jump. The Kinematical characteristics of the suspension ,such as Toe-in angel, camber angel, caster angel and wheel trach were obtained by simulation.The amount of the caster angel change is too large, so the handling stability of the vehicle is not conducive, which offered necessary reference to the design of the macpherson front suspension.
