脉冲气体供应阀电-机械转换器磁路结构设计分析

摘要:脉冲气体供应阀是脉冲感应式推力器中极其重要的装置。结合推力器对阀快速响应性的要求以及阀中电-机械转换器的工作原理,在现有永磁体技术基础上,针对传统磁路结构存在的问题,提出一种新型环状动圈式电-机械转换器结构。采用磁导分析法,建立磁路结构模型,对永磁激励动圈式电-机械转换器的磁路结构进行设计和分析。静态磁场仿真表明,该磁路结构产生的平均气隙磁感应强度为1.102 T,这一指标很好的满足脉冲气体供应阀对电-机械转换器工作气隙磁感应强度的要求,同时其结构体积要比传统外磁式结构小约10% 。

Design and analysis of electric - mechanical converter’s magnetic circuit structure of pulsed gas supply valve

Abstract:Pulsed gas supply valve is an extremely important device in the pulsed inductive type thrusters. Combining the requirement of the thruster for rapid response of the valve, and the working principle of the electro-mechanical converter, on the basis of permanent magnet technology in the prior art ,a novel design of annular moving coil electro-mechanical converter is put forward aim at the problems in traditional magnetic structure. Establish the magnetic structure model by using the method of permeance analysis, and then design and analysis of electro-mechanical converter’s magnetic circuit structure of the moving coil converter. The static magnetic field simulation results show that the average air-gap magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic structure is 1.102T, which is well positioned to meet the magnetic induction intensity needed by the pulsed gas supply valve, and also the valve structure volume is about 10% smaller than the traditional external magnetic structure.
