高压放电引起电子束焊机高压不稳的故障检修

摘要：针对电子束焊机的一起高压放电故障，采用归纳法进行故障分析，即根据可能产生该种故障的原因分析，看其是否与故障现象相符来确定故障点。找到故障原因后，对高压变压器油取样做耐压值试验，结果耐压值和水分值都超标，通过换新的变压器油后，排除了故障。

Troubleshooting to high voltage instability of electron beam welding machine caused by high voltage discharge

Abstract：As to a high voltage discharge fault of electron beam welding machine, method of induction is used to trouble analysis. According to the analysis of possible failure causes, the trouble spot is locked by contrasting the cause of the problem and fault phenomenon. To find the cause of the malfunction, Then the oil in high voltage transformer is sampled to make withstand voltage experiment, the withstand voltage and moisture values are overweight. Through the new transformer oil is changed Then the trouble is solved by replacing .
